The 200-hectare Pawa Mangrove Park located at Barangay Pawa, Masbate City, Philippines, is a vast protected estuary with a tidal flat, mangroves, sea birds, and other aquatic life.The park provides a rich supply of different marine products such as krills (alamang), shrimps, crabs, fingerlings, oysters (talaba), mudskipper (tambasakan), barnacle (sisi), telescope shell (bagongon), and other sea shells and marine resources.
A number of rhizophora and other diverse mangrove species inhabit the area. The roughly 200-hectare mangrove area is inviting for bird species such as seagulls, egrets, hawks, and herons (lapay).Accentuating the lush and green vegetation is a 1.3 km wooden walkway connecting Barangays Pawa and Maingaran.
