Camarines Norte, found in the northern coast of the Bicol peninsula, is bounded on the south by the provinces of Quezon and Camarines Sur. It is characterized by rolling hills and mountains in the interior and the fertile plains and valleys along the coast. It is also blessed with unspoiled islands, like the Calaguas group of islands. As such, the province offers both land and water escapades.
From Manila, bus companies ply the Manila-Daet route from the terminals at Araneta Center in Cubao and Pasay City. With daily trips and nigh, travel time is around 6-7 hours. By private vehicle , CamNorte is a scenic drive along zigzag road which is in itself a unique travel experience. By air, it can be reached via Naga City airport, and two-hour land travel to Daet.
