Held in the last week of May, it celebrates the founding anniversary of Camarines Sur. The Festival features socio-cultural, sports tournament musiical and entertainment events, and a grand street parade partcipated in by the various municipal festivals.
There are daily morning and afternoon flights to Naga Airport in Pili. Various bus companies, with regular aircon or premium seats, ply the Manila-Naga route. Travel tie is approximately 9 hours with day and night trips.
