The town of Capalonga in the province of Camarines Norte hosts the miraculous image of the Black Nazarene. Safely tucked in its shrine, the image is known throughout the region and is flocked by worshippers and devotees seeking guidance and intercession most especially during its feast day on the 13th of May.
From Manila, bus companies ply the Manila-Daet route from the terminals at Araneta Center in Cubao and Pasay City. With daily trips and nigh, travel time is around 6-7 hours. By private vehicle , CamNorte is a scenic drive along zigzag road which is in itself a unique travel experience. By air, it can be reached via Naga City airport, and two-hour land travel to Daet.
